Can children ride the horses on their own, if they are experienced?
Sorry No. We accommodate hand lead pony rides only. For children wanting to experience more advanced riding, a riding school or trekking service may be more suitable.
Can we arrive early to set up our own decorations?
Sure no worries, just let us know in advance so we can ensure someone is there to open the party barn and assist you.
My child is in love with this pony can we please buy it?
All animals that you meet on your Country Magic experience are a part of a loving forever family and are not for sale.
Can we bring ice blocks and other food that needs to be chilled for our picnic or event?
In our office we have a mini fridge / freezer which you are welcome to use. For events that need more chilled storage space please bring your own chilly bins.
What if the weather is looking bad on the day of my booking?
We understand that we can't truely predict the weather. In cases of bad weather we can re-book for another date.
Can we bring our dog?
Sorry No. New dogs entering the property can upset the other animals, especially if they become excited and start barking, spooked animals can become a safety risk to us and guests.
